Lets face it modern life, technology has made us so cerebrally challenged that we are unwilling or unable to have a leisurely meaningful conversation among ourselves. ThumbprintNE organizes these wonderful conversations between people as diverse as a scientist and a radio jockey...the bon homie is something to be experienced...so why not turn up for chai and chatter?
The conversation on 'How happy was my childhood?' hopes to travel down memory lane and delve into different aspects of our childhood and how the myriad experiences shape us. The conversation will be moderated by noted journalist and author, Indrani Raimedhi. The ice-breaker will be ThumbprintNE Editor-in-chief, Teresa Rehman. The speakers include a wide array of people from diverse fields like IAS officer Aranyak Saikia, Maini Mahanta, Editor of Nandini magazine, mediaperson Florence Handique Rabha, dental surgeon Shabnam Choudhury, senior bureaucrat Mehbooba Begum, doctor and poet Nilima Thakuria Haque, former director of IRCTC Robin Kalita and former bureaucrat Bhaskar Phukan.
