Impulse NGO Network has been working to combat the problem of trafficking in persons in North East India for over 15 years, being the oldest organization in the region to address the issue. Overwhelmed by the amount of human trafficking cases, Impulse recognized the need for sustainable approach to tackle the inhuman problem.
