‘Dzükou tribal kitchen’ in its new avatar has opened up away from the recently congested lanes of Hauz Khas Village to the Hauz Khas Main market, with plenty of parking space (for cars and you)!
Their hospitality and ambience guarantees a taste of the Dzükou Valley in Nagaland - known for its clear cold water and picturesque peaceful landscapes.
“Starting with what we do best, which is authentic food with authentic ingredients from Nagaland, we’ll tone down the chilies and conjure up a meal for vegetarians too! But for the die-hard adventurous foodie – we’ll give you the real stuff – pork in bamboo shoot, chilly fillet, smoked pork akhuni, dry fish chutney, wild sticky rice and much, much more!” they promise.
And very soon Dzükou tribal kitchen will start introducing new dishes and cuisines from the other 7 states of the Northeast. They are also working on introducing a range of desserts to complement the menu, which will take a little time as the NE region is not known for its desserts.
A Bar is also ready to serve cold beer to beat the peak of the summer heat in June!
‘A cup of refreshing green tea or fresh lime with our starters! There’s something for everyone, all taste buds and ages!’ says the management.
